Refund policy

At The Agent Asset Co., we offer both digital products and physical products.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital item has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Physical Products

For eligible physical products, return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return certain physical goods within 14 days, subject to applicable law. This does not apply to digital products that have already been delivered or accessed where the customer has consented to immediate delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for an eligible physical item, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
